coconuts and skateboarding

A strange combination, no doubt, but that's what happens when a skateboarding showcase and Brazil Fest take over Granville on the same day. Spent the afternoon noshing on traditional Brazilian eats and watched boyz cruise and do tricks on their boards. Not too shabby for a Sunday.

I have no idea how she kept her pants white after cutting open all that fruit.

You can't tell in this picture, but there was a dog right next to her and I think the kitty was a little intimidated, even though the dog looked friendly enough.

Of course, what would a skateboarding showcase be without sponsors and some tunes?
